It is neutral and low in alkalinity, boasts high whiteness, excellent adhesion, moisture resistance, stable quality, ready to use straight out of the bag when mixed with water, and is easy to apply.

Storage/Transportation
1. This product should be stored in a cool, well‑ventilated place; direct sunlight and moisture are strictly prohibited.
2. The storage environment temperature should be maintained between 5–35°C.
3. This product shall be transported in accordance with the “Rules for the Transport of Non-Hazardous Goods.”
4. Under standard storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months.
Base Treatment and Application Methods
1. The base layer should be solid, free of oil stains and loose dust, and generally smooth.
2. The base wall must be thoroughly dry and meet the requirements of pH ≤ 10 and moisture content ≤ 10%.
3. For loose wall surfaces, first apply a sand‑binding agent for reinforcement before applying this product; otherwise, cracking and peeling are highly likely to occur.
4. Take a measured amount of putty powder and mix it with pure tap water to achieve the desired consistency for application.
5. For walls with poor flatness, apply multiple coats of skim coat; do not apply a single, overly thick coat at once.
6. Apply a coat thickness of 0.8–1.0 mm, using 0.8–1.0 mm per kg; the wall surface should be roughly smooth, and typically two coats are sufficient to achieve the desired finish.
Scope of Application
Suitable for leveling and smoothing interior wall substrates such as cement-based mortar, gypsum board, and fire-resistant boards.
