Construction Steps
1. Clean the Base Surface: The base surface should be solid, smooth, free of impurities, ash, and oil stains. Lightly dampen the base surface with water beforehand for better application results.
2. Add Water and Mix: After adding the putty powder to the mixing bucket at a ratio of 10:3.5–4 (putty powder to water), use a handheld electric mixer (or an impact drill fitted with a mixing rod and paddle) to thoroughly mix the contents. Mixing by hand is less effective, and a single batch of putty should not be left unapplied for more than five hours.
3. Skimming and Sanding: First, apply a coat to smooth and compact the gaps; once it has hardened, apply a second coat. Repeat the skimming process, working only after each previous coat has fully hardened, and sand the wall once it is flat and dry.
Temperature Control and Storage
1. The temperature must not exceed 38°C or fall below -10°C; store in a dry, cool place.
2. This product shall be transported in accordance with the “Rules for the Transport of Non-Hazardous Goods.”
3. Under standard storage conditions, the shelf life is 6 months.
