Combined with Wacker glue powder from Germany as a binding agent, this environmentally friendly product is meticulously formulated by our company’s technical experts to deliver broad adaptability.

Storage/Transportation

1. This product should be stored in a cool, well‑ventilated place, and direct sunlight and moisture are strictly prohibited.

2. The storage environment humidity should be maintained between 5–35°C.

3. This product shall be transported in accordance with the regulations for non-hazardous goods.

4. Under standard storage conditions, the shelf life is 6 months.

Base Treatment and Application Methods

1. The base layer should be solid, free of oil stains, loose particles, and large uneven areas.

2. The base wall must be thoroughly dry and meet the requirements of pH ≤ 10 and a moisture content < 10%.

3. For loose wall surfaces, first treat them with Xiran District Sand Treasure for reinforcement before applying this product; otherwise, cracking and flaking are highly likely to occur.

4. Take a certain amount of putty powder and mix it with purified tap water to the desired consistency for application.

5. For walls with poor flatness, apply multiple coats of skim coat; do not apply a single thick coat in one go.

6. Apply a coat thickness of 0.8–1.0 mm, using 0.8–1.0 mm/kg. The wall surface should be roughly smooth; typically, two coats are sufficient to achieve the desired finish.

Scope of Application

It is used to level various wall substrates, including ordinary interior concrete walls, precast components, gypsum boards, plywood, and calcium silicate boards.
