Base Treatment and Application Methods

1. Base Surface Preparation: Ensure the wall base is smooth, clean, dry, and free of oil stains, dust, and loose materials. New walls must be cured until their moisture content is below 10% and their pH value is between 7 and 9.

2. Mixing: Combine the putty powder with water at a ratio of 1:0.4, then use an electric mixer to blend thoroughly until a smooth, lump‑free paste is formed. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again before use.

3. Skimming Application: Use a putty knife to evenly apply the putty to the wall surface, with each coat being approximately 0.8–1.0 mm thick. Depending on the wall’s flatness, typically apply 2–3 coats. Allow each coat to dry completely before applying the next.

Scope of Application

Suitable for various newly constructed or renovated interior wall surfaces, including cement mortar walls, concrete walls, and gypsum board walls.

Storage and Transportation

1. This product should be stored in a cool, well‑ventilated place; direct sunlight and moisture are strictly prohibited.

2. The storage environment temperature should be maintained between 5–35°C.

3. This product shall be transported in accordance with the “Rules for the Transport of Non-Hazardous Goods.”
