Scope of Application
Used for treating gypsum board joints, straightening internal and external corners, and repairing minor damage to gypsum boards. When used in conjunction with joint tape, it provides strong and durable joint treatment.
How to Use
1. The base layer must be solid and clean, free of oil stains or wax coatings, and the moisture content of the wall must be below 25%.
2. Mix the powder and water at a ratio of 1:0.4–0.5 to form a uniform paste, let it sit for 5–8 minutes, then stir thoroughly again before use.
3. The water used for mixing must be purified water; water containing acids, alkalis, or salts must not be used for mixing.
4. The next process can only begin after the joint filler has fully dried.
Storage/Transportation
1. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well‑ventilated place; direct sunlight and exposure to moisture are strictly prohibited.
2. The storage environment temperature should be maintained between 5 and 35°C.
3. This product shall be transported in accordance with the “Rules for the Transport of Non-Hazardous Goods.”
4. Under standard storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months.
