Product Overview:

High‑performance tile adhesive is a cement‑based product made by mechanically mixing cement, quartz sand, polymer binders, and various additives until thoroughly homogeneous. It boasts high bonding strength, convenient application, rapid hardening, as well as excellent water resistance, alkali resistance, and weathering resistance, making it ideal for bonding ceramic tiles and facing bricks. However, when using tile adhesive, it’s important to first clean the floor thoroughly to remove any dust that could interfere with its performance.

5. It contains no free formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, xylene, or total volatile organic compounds, making it a green product.

Scope of Use:

It is primarily used for adhering decorative materials such as tiles, facing bricks, and floor tiles, and is widely applicable to interior and exterior wall surfaces, flooring, bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas requiring decorative finishes in buildings.

Construction Process:

1. Pour the high‑performance tile adhesive into clean water and stir until it forms a paste (mixing ratio: 20 kg of powder + 5 kg of clean water). After stirring, let the mixture sit undisturbed for about 10 minutes, then give it a gentle stir before use—this helps enhance adhesion.

2. Use a toothed scraper to apply the adhesive paste onto the working surface, ensuring it is evenly distributed and formed into ridges.

3. Simply press and smooth the tiles onto the surface during the setting time.

Notes:

1. The construction temperature range is 5–35°C.

2. The base surface must be smooth; any uneven surfaces must be leveled first.

3. Do not mix strong tile adhesive with cement, sand, or other materials; instead, strictly adhere to the material-specific mixing ratios.

4. Do not place high‑performance tile adhesive on the ground and mix it with a shovel;

5. Do not soak strong tile adhesive in a bucket of water for use.

6. High‑performance tile adhesive should be mixed and used immediately; the working time should be limited to 2 hours. Once it has fully dried and hardened, it must be discarded and should not be rehydrated with water for continued use.

7. Avoid exposure to rain during construction and within 24 hours after completion.

8. The next grouting step can only be carried out 24 hours after the tiles have fully set.

Packaging and Storage:

1. This product is packaged in a square valve bag made of matte film, typically in 20 kg increments.

2. This product should be stored in a cool, well‑ventilated place and must be kept away from moisture and direct sunlight.

3. The shelf life under standard conditions is 6 months.

4. This product shall be transported in accordance with the “Rules for the Transport of Non-Hazardous Goods.”
