Product Features:
1. Possesses good bonding strength and crack resistance.
2. Easy to construct: This product is in powder form—simply add water and stir thoroughly before use, with no need to add other adhesives or additives.
3. Easy to sand: This product uses a variety of composite powders and additives, resulting in excellent sandability.
4. Easy to apply with a scraper, covers large areas, and delivers a smooth, glossy finish.
5. It exhibits excellent thixotropy, allowing for the easy application of a flexible, smooth surface through simple troweling. It is acid‑ and alkali‑resistant and demonstrates excellent adaptability.
Instructions for Use and Precautions:
1. The base layer should be solid, free of oil stains and loose dust, and generally smooth.
2. The wall surface must be dry, with a moisture content of ≤10%.
3. For loose wall surfaces, first apply Wall Strengthening Sand Adhesive for reinforcement before applying this product; otherwise, cracking and peeling are likely to occur.
4. For walls with poor flatness, apply multiple coats of skim coat, avoiding excessive thickness each time—typically 0.8–1.0 mm. On standard walls, the total coating thickness should not exceed 2.5 mm, usually completed in two coats, with a consumption rate of 0.8–1.0 m²/kg.
5. This product must not be applied directly to untreated, non-standard substrates.
6. Not suitable for use on walls that are damp or frequently exposed to water.
Packaging and Storage:
1. This product is packaged in matte-film square valve bags, typically 18 kg woven bags.
2. This product should be stored in a cool, well‑ventilated place and must be kept away from moisture and direct sunlight.
3. The shelf life under standard conditions is 6 months.
4. This product is a powder and is non‑flammable; storage and transportation may be handled in accordance with the “Regulations for the Transportation of Non‑Hazardous Goods.”
5. The product complies with the following standards: JG/T298–2010, GB18582–2020, GB/T6566–2010, as well as the national ISO 14001 environmental management system, the national ISO 9001 quality management system, and green label certification.
